SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SUPT6H (SPT6 homolog, histone chaperone and transcription elongation factor, also called hSPT6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SUPT6H qPCR Primer Set – SPT6 homolog, histone chaperone and transcription elongation factor
Also known as: SPT6, SPT6H, emb-5
About this gene: SUPT6H enables histone binding activity. It is involved in transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6830; HGNC ID: HGNC:11470; UniProt: Q7KZ85; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003170.5; Chromosome location: 17q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
