SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SUPT5H (SPT5 homolog, DSIF elongation factor subunit, also called hSPT5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SUPT5H qPCR Primer Set – SPT5 homolog, DSIF elongation factor subunit
Also known as: SPT5, SPT5H, Tat-CT1
About this gene: SUPT5H enables enzyme binding activity and protein heterodimerization activity. Contributes to RNA polymerase inhibitor activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6829; HGNC ID: HGNC:11469; UniProt: O00267; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001111020.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
