SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SULT2B1 (sulfotransferase family 2B member 1, also called ST2B1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SULT2B1 qPCR Primer Set – sulfotransferase family 2B member 1
Also known as: ARCI14, HSST2
About this gene: Sulfotransferase enzymes catalyze the sulfate conjugation of many hormones, neurotransmitters, drugs, and xenobiotic compounds. These cytosolic enzymes are different in their tissue distributions and substrate specificities. The gene structure is similar among family members.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6820; HGNC ID: HGNC:11459; UniProt: O00204; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_177973.2; Chromosome location: 19q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
