Human ZNF280A qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 280A
Also known as: 3'OY11.1, SUHW1, ZNF280, ZNF636
About this gene: ZNF280A encodes a zinc finger protein. The ZNF280A protein contains 4 C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are commonly found in transcription factors. A variety of functions may be performed by this type of zinc finger protein, including the binding of DNA or RNA.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 129025; HGNC ID: HGNC:18597; UniProt: P59817; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_080740.5; Chromosome location: 22q11.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
