The STXBP2 protein is involved in intracellular trafficking, control of SNARE complex assembly, and the release of cytotoxic granules by natural killer cells. Mutations in STXBP2 are linked to familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
