SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STX1A (syntaxin 1A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STX1A qPCR Primer Set – syntaxin 1A
Also known as: HPC-1, P35-1, STX1, SYN1A
About this gene: STX1A belongs to the syntaxin superfamily. Syntaxins are nervous system-specific proteins implicated in the docking of synaptic vesicles with the presynaptic plasma membrane. Syntaxins possess a single C-terminal transmembrane domain, a SNARE [Soluble NSF-Attachment protein REceptor] domain, and an N-terminal regulatory domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6804; HGNC ID: HGNC:11433; UniProt: Q16623; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004603.4; Chromosome location: 7q11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
