About this gene: STX18 belongs to the syntaxin family of soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptors which is part of a membrane tethering complex that includes other SNAREs and multiple peripheral membrane proteins. The STX18 protein is important for the organization of the smooth, rough, and exit site ER subdomains.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
