SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STX10 (syntaxin 10, also called Syn10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STX10 qPCR Primer Set – syntaxin 10
Also known as: SYN10, hsyn10
About this gene: STX10 belongs to the syntaxin family and encodes a soluble N-ethylmaleimide sensitive factor attachment protein receptor. The STX10 protein is involved in docking and fusion events at the Golgi apparatus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8677; HGNC ID: HGNC:11428; UniProt: O60499; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003765.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
