SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STRBP (spermatid perinuclear RNA binding protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STRBP qPCR Primer Set – spermatid perinuclear RNA binding protein
Also known as: HEL162, ILF3L, SPNR, p74
About this gene: STRBP enables RNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in cell differentiation and spermatogenesis. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cell motility; mechanosensory behavior; and spermatid development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55342; HGNC ID: HGNC:16462; UniProt: Q96SI9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018387.5; Chromosome location: 9q33.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
