SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MID1IP1 (MID1 interacting protein 1, also called S14R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MID1IP1 qPCR Primer Set – MID1 interacting protein 1
Also known as: G12-like, MIG12, S14R, STRAIT11499, THRSPL
About this gene: MID1IP1 is predicted to enable enzyme activator activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization; positive regulation of fatty acid biosynthetic process; and positive regulation of ligase activity. Predicted to be active in cytosol and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 58526; HGNC ID: HGNC:20715; UniProt: Q9NPA3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021242.6; Chromosome location: Xp11.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
