SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STRA6 (signaling receptor and transporter of retinol STRA6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STRA6 qPCR Primer Set – signaling receptor and transporter of retinol STRA6
Also known as: MCOPCB8, MCOPS9, PP14296, SLC69A1
About this gene: The STRA6 protein is a membrane protein involved in the metabolism of retinol. The STRA6 protein acts as a receptor for retinol/retinol binding protein complexes. The STRA6 protein removes the retinol from the complex and transports it across the cell membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64220; HGNC ID: HGNC:30650; UniProt: Q9BX79; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022369.4; Chromosome location: 15q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
