SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BRS3 (bombesin receptor subtype 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BRS3 qPCR Primer Set – bombesin receptor subtype 3
Also known as: BB3, BB3R, BBR3
About this gene: The BRS3 protein is a G protein-coupled membrane receptor that binds bombesin-like peptides. This binding leads to activation of a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system, with physiological effects including regulation of metabolic rate, glucose metabolism, and hypertension.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 680; HGNC ID: HGNC:1113; UniProt: P32247; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001727.2; Chromosome location: Xq26.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
