SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STMN4 (stathmin 4, also called RB3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STMN4 qPCR Primer Set – stathmin 4
Also known as: RB3
About this gene: STMN4 is predicted to enable tubulin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in microtubule depolymerization; neuron projection development; and regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and neuron projection.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81551; HGNC ID: HGNC:16078; UniProt: Q9H169; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030795.4; Chromosome location: 8p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
