SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STK36 (serine/threonine kinase 36) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STK36 qPCR Primer Set – serine/threonine kinase 36
Also known as: CILD46, FU
About this gene: STK36 belongs to the serine/threonine kinase family of enzymes. This family member is similar to a Drosophila protein that is central to the Hedgehog signaling pathway. This human protein is a positive regulator of the GLI zinc-finger transcription factors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27148; HGNC ID: HGNC:17209; UniProt: Q9NRP7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015690.5; Chromosome location: 2q35
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
