About this gene: The STK11 protein is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates cell polarity and energy metabolism and acts as a tumor suppressor. Mutations in STK11 have been linked to the autosomal dominant Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, as well as with skin, pancreatic, and testicular cancers.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
