Human STK10 qPCR Primer Set – serine/threonine kinase 10
Also known as: LOK, PRO2729
About this gene: STK10 belongs to the Ste20 family of serine/threonine protein kinases, and is similar to multiple known polo-like kinase kinases. The protein can associate with and phosphorylate polo-like kinase 1, and overexpression of a kinase-dead version of the protein interferes with normal cell cycle progression. The kinase can also negatively regulate interleukin 2 expression in T-cells via the mitogen activated protein kinase kinase 1 pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6793; HGNC ID: HGNC:11388; UniProt: O94804; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005990.4; Chromosome location: 5q35.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
