SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HSPA13 (heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 13) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HSPA13 qPCR Primer Set – heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 13
Also known as: STCH
About this gene: The HSPA13 protein belongs to the heat shock protein 70 family and is found linked to microsomes. Members of this protein family play a role in the processing of cytosolic and secretory proteins, as well as in the removal of denatured or incorrectly-folded proteins. The HSPA13 protein contains an ATPase domain and is reported to associate with a ubiquitin-like protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6782; HGNC ID: HGNC:11375; UniProt: P48723; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006948.5; Chromosome location: 21q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
