SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BRMS1 (BRMS1 transcriptional repressor and anoikis regulator) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human BRMS1 qPCR Primer Set – BRMS1 transcriptional repressor and anoikis regulator
About this gene: BRMS1 reduces the metastatic potential, but not the tumorogenicity, of human breast cancer and melanoma cell lines. The BRMS1 protein localizes primarily to the nucleus and is a component of the mSin3a family of histone deacetylase complexes. The protein contains two coiled-coil motifs and multiple imperfect leucine zipper motifs.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25855; HGNC ID: HGNC:17262; UniProt: Q9HCU9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015399.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
