SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STARD8 (StAR related lipid transfer domain containing 8, also called START-GAP3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STARD8 qPCR Primer Set – StAR related lipid transfer domain containing 8
Also known as: ARHGAP38, DLC3, STARTGAP3
About this gene: STARD8 belongs to a subfamily of Rho GTPase activating proteins that contain a steroidogenic acute regulatory protein related lipid transfer domain. The STARD8 protein localizes to focal adhesions and may be involved in regulating cell morphology. The STARD8 protein may also function as a tumor suppressor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9754; HGNC ID: HGNC:19161; UniProt: Q92502; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001142503.3; Chromosome location: Xq13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
