SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STARD7 (StAR related lipid transfer domain containing 7, also called StarD7-I) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STARD7 qPCR Primer Set – StAR related lipid transfer domain containing 7
Also known as: ADCME, BAFME2, FAME, FAME2, FCMTE2, GTT1
About this gene: STARD7 enables phosphatidylcholine transfer activity. It is involved in intermembrane phospholipid transfer; mitochondrial membrane organization; and regulation of cellular respiration. Implicated in familial adult myoclonic epilepsy 2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56910; HGNC ID: HGNC:18063; UniProt: Q9NQZ5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020151.4; Chromosome location: 2q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
