SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STARD3 (StAR related lipid transfer domain containing 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STARD3 qPCR Primer Set – StAR related lipid transfer domain containing 3
Also known as: CAB1, MLN64, es64
About this gene: STARD3 belongs to a subfamily of lipid trafficking proteins that are characterized by a C-terminal steroidogenic acute regulatory domain and an N-terminal metastatic lymph node 64 domain. The STARD3 protein localizes to the membranes of late endosomes and may be involved in exporting cholesterol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10948; HGNC ID: HGNC:17579; UniProt: Q14849; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006804.4; Chromosome location: 17q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
