About this gene: STARD13 encodes a protein which contains an N-terminal sterile alpha motif for protein-protein interactions, followed by an ATP/GTP-binding motif, a GTPase-activating protein domain, and a C-terminal STAR-related lipid transfer domain. The STARD13 gene product may be involved in regulation of cytoskeletal reorganization, cell proliferation, and cell motility, and acts as a tumor suppressor in hepatoma cells.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
