SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STARD10 (StAR related lipid transfer domain containing 10, also called PCTP-L) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STARD10 qPCR Primer Set – StAR related lipid transfer domain containing 10
Also known as: CGI-52, NY-CO-28, PCTP2, SDCCAG28
About this gene: STARD10 is predicted to enable lipid carrier activity and phosphatidylcholine binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in phosphatidylcholine biosynthetic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within bile acid secretion and positive regulation of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10809; HGNC ID: HGNC:10666; UniProt: Q9Y365; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006645.3; Chromosome location: 11q13.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
