SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human STAP2 (signal transducing adaptor family member 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human STAP2 qPCR Primer Set – signal transducing adaptor family member 2
Also known as: BKS
About this gene: STAP2 encodes a substrate of breast tumor kinase, an Src-type non-receptor tyrosine kinase. The STAP2 protein possesses domains and multiple tyrosine phosphorylation sites characteristic of adaptor proteins that mediate the interactions linking proteins involved in signal transduction pathways.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55620; HGNC ID: HGNC:30430; UniProt: Q9UGK3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001013841.2; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
