About this gene: STAM belongs to the signal-transducing adaptor molecule family. These proteins mediate downstream signaling of cytokine receptors and also play a role in ER to Golgi trafficking by interacting with the coat protein II complex. The STAM protein also associates with hepatocyte growth factor-regulated substrate to form the endosomal sorting complex required for transport-0, which sorts ubiquitinated membrane proteins to the ESCRT-1 complex for lysosomal degradation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
