SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ST7L (suppression of tumorigenicity 7 like) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ST7L qPCR Primer Set – suppression of tumorigenicity 7 like
Also known as: FAM4B, ST7R, STLR
About this gene: ST7L was identified by its similarity to the ST7 tumor suppressor gene found in the chromosome 7q31 region. ST7L is clustered in a tail-to-tail manner with the WNT2B gene in a chromosomal region known to be deleted and rearranged in a variety of cancers.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54879; HGNC ID: HGNC:18441; UniProt: Q8TDW4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017744.5; Chromosome location: 1p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
