SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ST7 (suppression of tumorigenicity 7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ST7 qPCR Primer Set – suppression of tumorigenicity 7
Also known as: ETS7q, FAM4A, FAM4A1, HELG, RAY1, SEN4, TSG7
About this gene: The gene for this product maps to a region on chromosome 7 identified as an autism-susceptibility locus. Mutation screening of the entire coding region in autistic individuals failed to identify phenotype-specific variants, suggesting that coding mutations for ST7 are unlikely to be involved in the etiology of autism. The function of ST7 product has not been determined.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7982; HGNC ID: HGNC:11351; UniProt: Q9NRC1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001369598.1; Chromosome location: 7q31.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
