SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BRF2 (BRF2 general transcription factor IIIB subunit, also called TFIIIB50) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BRF2 qPCR Primer Set – BRF2 general transcription factor IIIB subunit
Also known as: BRFU, TFIIIB50
About this gene: BRF2 encodes one of the multiple subunits of the RNA polymerase III transcription factor complex required for transcription of genes with promoter elements upstream of the initiation site. The product of BRF2, a TFIIB-like factor, is directly recruited to the TATA-box of polymerase III small nuclear RNA gene promoters through its interaction with the TATA-binding protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55290; HGNC ID: HGNC:17298; UniProt: Q9HAW0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018310.4; Chromosome location: 8p11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
