SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ST13 (ST13 Hsp70 interacting protein, also called Hip) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ST13 qPCR Primer Set – ST13 Hsp70 interacting protein
Also known as: AAG2, FAM10A1, FAM10A4, HIP, HOP, HSPABP, HSPABP1, P48, PRO0786, SNC6
About this gene: The ST13 protein is an adaptor protein that mediates the association of the heat shock proteins HSP70 and HSP90. The ST13 protein is reported to be involved in the assembly process of glucocorticoid receptor, which requires the assistance of multiple molecular chaperones. The expression of ST13 is reported to be downregulated in colorectal carcinoma tissue suggesting that it is a candidate tumor suppressor gene.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6767; HGNC ID: HGNC:11343; UniProt: P50502; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003932.5; Chromosome location: 22q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
