SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TSSK6 (testis specific serine kinase 6, also called CT72) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TSSK6 qPCR Primer Set – testis specific serine kinase 6
Also known as: CT72, FKSG82, SSTK, TSK-6
About this gene: This intronless gene belongs to the CAMK serine/threonine protein kinase family. The encoded kinase has a broad expression pattern but is described as testis-specific due to effects on fertility. Male mice which lack the gene encoding a highly similar protein are sterile and have morphologically abnormal sperm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83983; HGNC ID: HGNC:30410; UniProt: Q9BXA6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032037.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
