SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BRF1 (BRF1 general transcription factor IIIB subunit, also called hBRF) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human BRF1 qPCR Primer Set – BRF1 general transcription factor IIIB subunit
Also known as: BRF, BRF-1, CFDS, GTF3B, HEL-S-76p, TAF3B2, TAF3C, TAFIII90, TF3B90, TFIIIB90, hBRF
About this gene: BRF1 encodes one of the three subunits of the RNA polymerase III transcription factor complex. This complex plays a central role in transcription initiation by RNA polymerase III on genes encoding tRNA, 5S rRNA, and other small structural RNAs. The gene product belongs to the TF2B family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2972; HGNC ID: HGNC:11551; UniProt: Q92994; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001519.4; Chromosome location: 14q32.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
