SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SSR3 (signal sequence receptor subunit 3, also called SSR-gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SSR3 qPCR Primer Set – signal sequence receptor subunit 3
Also known as: TRAPG
About this gene: The signal sequence receptor is a glycosylated endoplasmic reticulum membrane receptor linked to protein translocation across the ER membrane. The SSR is comprised of four membrane proteins/subunits: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. The first two are glycosylated subunits and the latter two are non-glycosylated subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6747; HGNC ID: HGNC:11325; UniProt: Q9UNL2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007107.5; Chromosome location: 3q25.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
