SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SSR2 (signal sequence receptor subunit 2, also called TRAP-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SSR2 qPCR Primer Set – signal sequence receptor subunit 2
Also known as: HSD25, TLAP, TRAP-BETA, TRAPB
About this gene: The signal sequence receptor is a glycosylated endoplasmic reticulum membrane receptor linked to protein translocation across the ER membrane. The SSR consists of 2 subunits, a 34-kD glycoprotein and a 22-kD glycoprotein. The human beta-signal sequence receptor gene maps to chromosome bands 1q21-q23.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6746; HGNC ID: HGNC:11324; UniProt: P43308; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003145.4; Chromosome location: 1q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
