SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ABI1 (abl interactor 1, also called e3B1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ABI1 qPCR Primer Set – abl interactor 1
Also known as: ABI-1, ABLBP4, E3B1, NAP1BP, SSH3BP, SSH3BP1
About this gene: ABI1 belongs to the Abelson-interactor family of adaptor proteins. These proteins facilitate signal transduction as components of multiple multiprotein complexes, and regulate actin polymerization and cytoskeletal remodeling through interactions with Abelson tyrosine kinases. The ABI1 protein is involved in macropinocytosis as a component of the WAVE2 complex, and also forms a complex with EPS8 and SOS1 that mediates signal transduction from Ras to Rac.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10006; HGNC ID: HGNC:11320; UniProt: Q8IZP0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001012750.3; Chromosome location: 10p12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
