SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SSH2 (slingshot protein phosphatase 2, also called SSH-2L) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SSH2 qPCR Primer Set – slingshot protein phosphatase 2
Also known as: SSH-2, SSH-2L
About this gene: SSH2 encodes a protein tyrosine phosphatase that is central to the regulation of actin filaments. The SSH2 protein dephosphorylates and activates cofilin, which promotes actin filament depolymerization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 85464; HGNC ID: HGNC:30580; UniProt: Q76I76; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001282129.2; Chromosome location: 17q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
