SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPSB3 (splA/ryanodine receptor domain and SOCS box containing 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPSB3 qPCR Primer Set – splA/ryanodine receptor domain and SOCS box containing 3
Also known as: C16orf31, SSB3
About this gene: SPSB3 enables ubiquitin-like ligase-substrate adaptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of cGAS/STING signaling pathway; negative regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition; and protein K48-linked ubiquitination. Is active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 90864; HGNC ID: HGNC:30629; UniProt: Q6PJ21; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_080861.4; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
