SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SRRM2 (serine/arginine repetitive matrix 2, also called TaxREB803) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SRRM2 qPCR Primer Set – serine/arginine repetitive matrix 2
Also known as: 300-KD, CWF21, Cwc21, HSPC075, MRD72, SRL300, SRm300
About this gene: SRRM2 enables C2H2 zinc finger domain binding activity. It is involved in mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Implicated in autosomal dominant intellectual developmental disorder 72.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23524; HGNC ID: HGNC:16639; UniProt: Q9UQ35; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016333.4; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
