SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SRPX2 (sushi repeat containing protein X-linked 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SRPX2 qPCR Primer Set – sushi repeat containing protein X-linked 2
Also known as: BPP, CBPS, PMGX, RESDX, SRPUL
About this gene: SRPX2 encodes a secreted protein that contains three sushi repeat motifs. The SRPX2 protein may play a role in the development of speech and language centers in the brain. The SRPX2 protein may also be involved in angiogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27286; HGNC ID: HGNC:30668; UniProt: O60687; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014467.3; Chromosome location: Xq22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
