SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SRP68 (signal recognition particle 68) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SRP68 qPCR Primer Set – signal recognition particle 68
Also known as: SCN10
About this gene: SRP68 encodes a subunit of the signal recognition particle. The SRP is a ribonucleoprotein complex that transports secreted and membrane proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum for processing. The complex includes a 7S RNA and six protein subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6730; HGNC ID: HGNC:11302; UniProt: Q9UHB9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014230.4; Chromosome location: 17q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
