SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SRSF8 (serine and arginine rich splicing factor 8) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SRSF8 qPCR Primer Set – serine and arginine rich splicing factor 8
Also known as: DSM-1, SFRS2B, SRP46
About this gene: SRSF8 belongs to a family of proteins containing a ribonucleoprotein-type RNA binding motif and a carboxyl-terminal arginine-serine-rich domain. The SRSF8 protein acts as a pre-mRNA splicing factor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10929; HGNC ID: HGNC:16988; UniProt: Q9BRL6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032102.4; Chromosome location: 11q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
