SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SRP19 (signal recognition particle 19) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SRP19 qPCR Primer Set – signal recognition particle 19
About this gene: SRP19 enables 7S RNA binding activity. Contributes to ribosome binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6728; HGNC ID: HGNC:11300; UniProt: P09132; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003135.3; Chromosome location: 5q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
