SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SRI (sorcin, also called V19) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SRI qPCR Primer Set – sorcin
Also known as: CP-22, CP22, SCN, V19
About this gene: SRI encodes a calcium-binding protein with multiple E-F hand domains that relocates from the cytoplasm to the sarcoplasmic reticulum in response to elevated calcium levels. In addition to regulating intracellular calcium homeostasis it also modulates excitation-contraction coupling in the heart.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6717; HGNC ID: HGNC:11292; UniProt: P30626; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003130.4; Chromosome location: 7q21.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
