About this gene: SRCAP encodes a core catalytic component of the multiprotein chromatin-remodeling SRCAP complex. The SRCAP protein is an ATPase that is necessary for the incorporation of the histone variant H2A.Z into nucleosomes. The SRCAP gene product can function as a transcriptional activator in Notch-mediated, CREB-mediated and steroid receptor-mediated transcription.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
