SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SQOR (sulfide quinone oxidoreductase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SQOR qPCR Primer Set – sulfide quinone oxidoreductase
Also known as: CGI-44, PRO1975, SQR, SQRDL
About this gene: The SQOR protein may function in mitochondria to catalyze the conversion of sulfide to persulfides, thereby decreasing toxic concencrations of sulfide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 58472; HGNC ID: HGNC:20390; UniProt: Q9Y6N5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021199.4; Chromosome location: 15q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
