SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SQLE (squalene epoxidase, also called SE) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SQLE qPCR Primer Set – squalene epoxidase
About this gene: SQLE enables FAD binding activity and squalene monooxygenase activity. It is involved in cholesterol biosynthetic process; lipid droplet formation; and regulation of cell population proliferation. Is active in endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6713; HGNC ID: HGNC:11279; UniProt: Q14534; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003129.4; Chromosome location: 8q24.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
