Human SPTBN4 qPCR Primer Set – spectrin beta, non-erythrocytic 4

Also known as: CMND, NEDHND, QV, SPNB4, SPTBN3

About this gene: Spectrin is an actin crosslinking and molecular scaffold protein that links the plasma membrane to the actin cytoskeleton, and functions in the determination of cell shape, arrangement of transmembrane proteins, and organization of organelles. The SPTBN4 gene product is composed of two antiparallel dimers of alpha- and beta- subunits. SPTBN4 is one member of a family of beta-spectrin genes.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57731; HGNC ID: HGNC:14896; UniProt: Q9H254; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020971.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.2

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
