Human SPRY2 qPCR Primer Set – sprouty RTK signaling antagonist 2
Also known as: IGAN3, hSPRY2
About this gene: SPRY2 encodes a protein belonging to the sprouty family. The SPRY2 protein contains a carboxyl-terminal cysteine-rich domain essential for the inhibitory activity on receptor tyrosine kinase signaling proteins and is required for growth factor stimulated translocation of the protein to membrane ruffles. In primary dermal endothelial cells SPRY2 is transiently upregulated in response to fibroblast growth factor two.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10253; HGNC ID: HGNC:11270; UniProt: O43597; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005842.4; Chromosome location: 13q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
