SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPRR3 (small proline rich protein 3, also called Esophagin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPRR3 qPCR Primer Set – small proline rich protein 3
About this gene: SPRR3 is predicted to enable structural molecule activity. It is predicted to be involved in keratinocyte differentiation and wound healing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6707; HGNC ID: HGNC:11268; UniProt: Q9UBC9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001097589.2; Chromosome location: 1q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
