SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPRR1B (small proline rich protein 1B, also called SPR-IB) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPRR1B qPCR Primer Set – small proline rich protein 1B
Also known as: CORNIFIN, GADD33, SPR-IB, SPRR1
About this gene: The SPRR1B protein is an envelope protein of keratinocytes. The SPRR1B protein is crosslinked to membrane proteins by transglutaminase, forming an insoluble layer under the plasma membrane. The SPRR1B protein is proline-rich and contains multiple tandem amino acid repeats.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6699; HGNC ID: HGNC:11260; UniProt: P22528; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003125.3; Chromosome location: 1q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
