SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPIRE2 (spire type actin nucleation factor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPIRE2 qPCR Primer Set – spire type actin nucleation factor 2
Also known as: Spir-2
About this gene: SPIRE2 is predicted to enable microtubule binding activity. It is involved in establishment of meiotic spindle localization; formin-nucleated actin cable assembly; and positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Predicted to be active in cell cortex and cytoplasmic vesicle membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84501; HGNC ID: HGNC:30623; UniProt: Q8WWL2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032451.2; Chromosome location: 16q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
